However, due to the State of Michigan not yet having a finalized budget, we’re currently uncertain what will happen after that date.
To help reduce uncertainty and ensure your child continues to have access to meals, we strongly encourage all families—regardless of income—to complete a Free & Reduced Lunch Application as soon as possible.

🐾 Harlo and Anna took off on a #PawsomeSummerAdventure to Nashville!
Their favorite part? Hands down, the incredible live music around every corner. Their least favorite? The heat… and all that walking! Harlo ended up spending a lot of time riding in Anna’s backpack, which meant fewer appearances than hoped for—but he was still the perfect travel buddy. From being a snuggle companion after long days to the best little seatmate on the plane, Harlo made this Nashville trip extra #Huskietastic.

🐾 Wyatt and his traveling Huskie pup, Harvey, set out on a #PawsomeSummerAdventure to Wawa, Ontario.
On the way, they had a fun surprise—running into Mike Avery in Sault Ste. Marie. From there, they traveled one of Canada’s top ten scenic drives, taking in the breathtaking views of the Lake Superior shoreline.
In Wawa, Wyatt and Harvey spent hours fishing on Whitefish Lake, tried their hand at Yooperlite hunting along the Lake Superior shore, and made sure to stop for a photo with Wawa’s world-famous Canadian goose.
Another unforgettable #Huskietastic trip for the books.

It may just be us, but we’re convinced that this afternoon’s mist is Ron shedding a few tears of joy and love for the new courts—and for the resurgence of Hemlock Tennis.
