Today is a day that we will never forget! As we take a moment to remember all of the lives lost on that day, Mrs. Dixon's 5th grade class rocked out an awesome Social Studies project. Nicely done!

Congratulations to Oliver Revell for being selected as our Middle School Student of the Month. 🌟 Oliver is an outstanding young man who embodies kindness, responsibility, and a positive attitude. He is hardworking, intelligent, and a true friend to everyone. Whether he's lending a hand to a classmate, going the extra mile on assignments, or brightening the classroom with his ever-present smile, Oliver leads by example. He consistently challenges himself academically and recently showcased his creativity and determination by building the class-winning "recycled roller coaster"—a perfect reflection of his innovation and dedication. His strong work ethic, helpful nature, and cheerful spirit make him a joy to have in class and an excellent choice for Student of the Month. HMS Pom Try-Outs will be next week over at the old KC Ling gym. Any 6th - 8th grader that is interested must have a current physical on file and Final Forms completed before next Tuesday. We hope to see you all there!

Important Meal Update for Families 🍎
Great news: ALL students will continue to receive free breakfast and lunch through September 30th.

However, due to the State of Michigan not yet having a finalized budget, we’re currently uncertain what will happen after that date.

To help reduce uncertainty and ensure your child continues to have access to meals, we strongly encourage all families—regardless of income—to complete a Free & Reduced Lunch Application as soon as possible.
