The Hemlock education fund gives back to the Hemlock High School culinary arts program. Thank you for your generosity.

First-grade teacher, Mrs. Lyn Rozek, and her first-grade class commemorated reading month by making a quilt to celebrate reading. Each child chose his/her favorite book and made a square to be placed on the quilt. Mrs. Mary Graves, the school librarian, assembled and finished the quilt for the class. The quilt was displayed in the elementary library and then stored. Members of this year's 2018 SENIOR CLASS, from Mrs. Rozek’s class of 2007, who have remained in the Hemlock School District were entered in a drawing. Senior Jessica Murphy’s name was drawn out of the hat. This is the third year in a row a quilt was given to a senior. There are three more quilts to be given in the next three years. How time flies...Congratulations to Jessica Murphy, and to the Class of 2018!

Mr. Marietta's High School's Wood Shop made bug boxes for Mrs. Olinger's 1st grade class! Students had a great time bug hunting!

The Hemlock Students Leading Students purchased a new 6 x 9 1/2 foot American flag for the High School. SLS raised funds through the year selling root beer floats during the lunch periods, giving up their lunch to do so. SLS students are active throughout the year, accomplishing many good deeds for the school and the community. Thank you to all!

Congratulations Seniors 2018. Please join us at graduation on June 3rd at 2pm.
