Ticket price and sale date infomation to come. You can pick up a guest form outside of the high school office. Deadline to return is Friday, April 30th. Currently there is a max of 300 people that may attend per MDHHS health orders, but this allows us to have a normal amount of students attend based off numbers from years past.
It is with honor to announce Joshua Wardlow as one of Hemlock High School’s Top Ten students. Josh is the son of Joseph and Michelle Wardlow. After graduation he plans to major in engineering. Josh has received an Academic Letter for 4 years and has been a member of the National Honors Society for 2 years. He has participated in varsity soccer for 4 years, varsity wrestling for 4 years and Art Club for 3 years. Josh referees for the Youth Soccer League and volunteers for Sports Boosters.
Hemlock’s Gray Matter finishes the Chaiman’s Award interview (what a relief)! Chairman’s is the highest honor given to FIRST Robotics teams. Results will be announced soon.

It is with honor to announce Hope McGregor as one of Hemlock High School’s Top Ten students. She is the daughter of Scott and Jenny McGregor. Hope will be attending Michigan State University and major in human biology to become a physician’s assistant. She is a member of the National Honors Society, student council and was the class treasurer for 2 years. Hope has participated in volleyball for 4 years, tennis for 3 years and softball for 1 year.
Can you say “4 PEAT” Congratulations to the Hemlock Huskie Pom Pon team -State Champions for the 4th year in a row.
Very proud of these young men. Not since 1973-‘74 has HHS had an undefeated regular season basketball team at 15-0. My colleague Bill Agresta was the coach of that team! Keep dreaming boys!

It is with honor to announce Gavin Briggs as one of Hemlock High School’s Top Ten students. He is the son of Dan and Danielle Briggs. After graduation Gavin plans to attend University of Michigan to major in engineering. He is a member of the National Honor Society, Art Club treasurer and he is also an eagle scout. Gavin is involved in soccer, robotics team and won the Engineering Inspiration Award. He is a member of the Snow Carving Team and he won 2nd place in the Zehnder’s Snowfest State Snow Carving Competition in 2020.

It is with honor to announce Nicholas Frye as one of Hemlock High School’s Top Ten students. Nicholas is the son of Julie and Craig Frye. After graduation Nicholas plans to attend Delta College for electrical engineering or trade school. He is on the Academic Honor Roll and is a robotics volunteer.
It is with honor to announce Maximilian Hauffe as one of Hemlock High School's Top Ten Students. Max is the son of Kurt and Lana Hauffe. He plans to attend University of Michigan after graduation to major in computer science engineering. Max is a member of the National Honor Society and a Chief Science Officer Representative. Max is the captain of the varsity tennis team, he completed the 2020 tennis season undefeated in 1st singles position and he’s also a FRC World Championship competitor.

Mrs. Lockwood will have a meeting this Friday during 7th hour for any Junior interested in becoming a COOP student during this senior year. Please let your child know they must have this information before scheduling for classes next year.
A big congratulations goes to Hemlock High School's Class of 2021 Co-Salutatorian, Nathan Nowicki. Nathan is the son of Jennifer and Casey Glazier. He is undecided on what college he will be attending and plans on majoring in economics to become an economic analyst for the Federal Reserve. He was on the President’s List of Delta College for spring/summer and fall 2020 semesters. Nathan is also the media and sound controller for a local church.

Please help us congratulate Rebecca Willour as Hemlock High School’s Class of 2021 Co-Salutatorian. She is the daughter of Karen and Christopher Willour. Rebecca plans to attend Central Michigan University to major in biology and become a Physician’s Assistant. She has been Class Vice President for two years, a member of Student Council for three years and is also a member of the National Honor Society. She participates in drama club, art club, varsity tennis and varsity soccer.
