Play a game where everyone practices taking turns.
Visit the library and practice library manners.
Make a "kind words" poster together.
Discuss what respect looks and sounds like.
We would love to hear how your family completed the challenge! You can share a photo of your family completing the challenge, comment on the monthly social media post, or send a photo or message to the school.

This year, Hemlock Public School District is launching our "Huskies Run in Packs" attendance campaign because every student matters, and every day counts!
Throughout the school year, we'll be sharing monthly themes, attendance tips, and ways families can help students build strong habits for success. Regular attendance helps students learn, grow, build friendships, and stay on track.
When we work together, every student feels connected, supported, and ready to thrive.

Come early and join us for some fun before Open House!
- We have popsicles on the school playground at 5pm (Young 5s) or at the front doors at 6pm (Kindergarten). We will have dye free options!
- Richland Township Fire Department will be performing Car Seat Safety Checks. Signing up for a time is appreciated but walk ups are welcome!
Remember:
Young Fives: 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Kindergarten: 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.
