Hemlock Public School District is the first school system in Saginaw County to be recognized and awarded Green School status, more details in the next week or so. Ceremonies will be scheduled for Earth Day, April 22nd at each building to raise the green school flag.

Hemlock's Gray Matter has qualified to compete in the Michigan State Championships to be held April 11-13 at Saginaw Valley State University. This is the 4th time in 5 years that the team has qualified and now competes for a spot in the World Championships later this month.
Even though basketball season is over, high school basketball buddies still show up to help elementary students learn.
