Welcome Back Huskies! We are asking all returning families to update your child’s enrollment demographics for the new school year. With a good possibility of storms and no place to shelter, I don’t want to risk students safety. I would rather miss a day of work and be safe than chance it and have students get hurt or ruin equipment. We will move the leadership meeting to Tuesday morning, and just shift the schedule back a day, while still ending on Thursday. If you have an instrument at the school and want to swing by to get a head start on learning the music that is posted, I will be at the school from 10am-noon so you can come pick it up, provided you are masked and we only have a couple students in at a time. Hemlock Public School District continues to plan for face-to-face instruction (safety precautions in place) from the start of the school year. We will provide a remote/virtual learning opportunity for those that would prefer to not be in a school setting. More details released Thursday, August 13th.
Who is ready for some football? According to a recent press release from MHSAA full practices will start on Monday, August 17th! Spectators are subject to the current executive order at the time of the event. We will be live streaming both Football and Soccer this fall.
