Important Meal Update for Families 🍎
Great news: ALL students will continue to receive free breakfast and lunch through September 30th.

However, due to the State of Michigan not yet having a finalized budget, we’re currently uncertain what will happen after that date.

To help reduce uncertainty and ensure your child continues to have access to meals, we strongly encourage all families—regardless of income—to complete a Free & Reduced Lunch Application as soon as possible.

The new school year is fast approaching and our Welcome Back to School Night is scheduled for Wednesday, August 20th. We will start the night off with our 5th grade meeting in the gym at 5:30 pm for an important rundown of everything middle school and then they will conclude the night at 7:00 pm. The 6th - 8th grade will fill our halls starting at 6:30 pm and we will close the doors at 8:00 pm for the night. We are excited to show you all the new faces and things we have been working on here at HMS all summer, so we hope to see you there!
