The students of Hemlock Elementary & ECC have mysteriously aged over the weekend in celebration of the 100th Day of School. Some brought 100 items from home, while others completed special 100-themed crafts and activities. We even noticed a few gray hairs among our teachers and staff. Happy 100th Day of School, Little Huskies!

We are celebrating School Counseling Week by giving a huge shout-out to these two superstars. Ms. Rebekah, School Social Worker, and Ms. Danielle, Mental Health Practitioner, go above and beyond every day to take care of our students' mental health and wellbeing. We are fortunate to have these two gifted professionals at our school and we couldn't do what we do without them.

This week, we were privileged to kick off the Kids Heart Challenge with the Kangaroo Kids Jump Rope Team from Flushing, MI. With their jump-roping skills, these talented kids educated our students and staff about the importance of keeping our hearts and bodies healthy.
