From squeezing it in their hands to watching it ooze through their fingers, our Huskies had a blast exploring this hands-on experiment during their ABC Countdown to the end of the school year.

Our Peer-to-Peer students wrapped up the school year with a pizza party and special S'more Friendship Kits yesterday. Throughout the year, these students have built meaningful connections, shown kindness, encouraged one another, and demonstrated what it means to be a true friend.
We are so proud of the friendships that have grown through our Peer-to-Peer program and the positive impact these students have made on our school community. Thank you to everyone who helped make this year so special!

We recently captured a quiet, powerful moment during morning announcements. One of our third graders standing tall and saluting the flag during the Pledge of Allegiance and our School Pledge.
It’s moments like these that remind us how important it is to teach our students not just routines, but respect, gratitude, and pride for our country.
As we observe Memorial Day, we reflect on the deeper meaning behind that flag - honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
Even in the smallest gestures, like a student’s salute, we see the next generation learning to carry that respect forward.

“There is no lake at Camp Green Lake.” ⛺🕳️📚
Ms. Walker and Mrs. Wilson transformed their 4th grade MTSS Reading Group into Camp Green Lake yesterday as students dove into the world of Holes! From themed activities to bringing the story to life, students had a blast making reading interactive, engaging, and memorable.

There was a Bulldog roaming through our Huskie halls today! 🎓
Tonight, Mr. Kelly graduates from St. Charles High School, and we couldn’t be more excited for him! Since October, he has been a part of Ms. Engelhart’s classroom through the Saginaw Career Complex (SCC), and while he may be a Bulldog, he has fit right in with our Huskie family. 💙🐾
Mr. Kelly brought in his cap and gown for pictures, and students even got to sign the stars on his graduation cap! ⭐ We also gifted him a copy of “Will the Pigeon Graduate?” and he read it aloud to the class.
From Bulldog to honorary Huskie, we are so proud of all of his hard work and can’t wait to see where life takes him next. Congratulations, Mr. Kelly!
