Today was a special day for Ms. Hollingsworth’s 4th graders as they finally got to meet their pen pals from Mrs. Bushnell's 4th grade class at Weiss Elementary School IN REAL LIFE! 💌✨

Throughout the school year, these students have been writing letters back and forth, building connections, sharing stories, and learning more about one another. Today’s visit gave them the chance to put faces to the names they’ve come to know so well.

What a fun and memorable opportunity for all of these students! We love seeing friendships, communication, and kindness grow beyond the classroom walls. 💙

Our Peer-to-Peer students wrapped up their May meeting with a busy afternoon of teamwork, planning, and fun! Students tallied this year’s fundraising totals, began brainstorming for next school year, enjoyed cookies together, and explored some exciting STEM activities.

A huge thank you to Mrs. Wilson and Ms. Walker for leading this amazing group of students and helping create opportunities that encourage leadership, inclusion, and friendship throughout the year. We are so proud of all they have accomplished! 💙

Our 3rd and 4th graders had a sweet way to celebrate finishing their MSTEP testing on Friday - ice cream from Sweet Treats! 🍦

Our 1st graders in Mrs. Kaczmarczyk’s class have had the sweetest hands-on learning experience! They’ve been part of the entire journey, from incubating the eggs, candling them, watching them hatch, and even getting the chance to gently hold the baby chicks. 🐣
