Hemlock, MI – Hemlock Public School District is excited to announce our Young Fives and Kindergarten Round-up event for the upcoming 2026–27 school year. Families may conveniently RSVP their children for the round-up event online.
The Y5/Kindergarten Round-Up will be held on March 12 at 6:00 p.m. at Hemlock Elementary, located at 200 Wilson St. This event gives families the opportunity to meet staff, complete enrollment paperwork, learn more about the Young 5s and Kindergarten programs, and become familiar with the school environment.
The round-up is designed to help families feel informed and supported as they begin their child’s educational journey while building strong home-school connections.
When the event gets closer, parents will be asked to submit the following documents to Hemlock Elementary or via email to Jill Crofoot at crofoot.jill@hemlockps.com:
Enrollment Packet (available at round-up or online)
Driver’s License (copy made at school)
Child’s Original Birth Certificate
Proof of Residency: Current utility bill, lease, mortgage, with correct name and address (No voter registration, credit card statements, subscriptions, etc.)
Child’s Updated Immunization Record
Guardianship/Custody Papers (if applicable)
School of Choice paperwork (if applicable)
