Great Start Readiness Program will begin accepting new applications in February. This is an income-based program with qualifying risk factors that is available to only 4-year olds. Your child must be four by September 1, 2023. Where do I apply? You would go to the website, which is michiganpreschool.org (Make sure to check that you have registered for the 2023/24 school year. The application will have the current year unless you select a different year.) Who is eligible? Must be 4 years old by September 1, 2023 and meet income guidelines. When am I notified of my child's acceptance? Acceptance letters are sent out mid-August.
