From November 28 to December 9, Hemlock High School’s Book Club ran their eighth annual pajama drive community service project. Our students and teachers donated more than 130 pairs of pajamas this year. The pajamas will be delivered to the Underground Railroad of Saginaw.
Mrs. Whitford said, “I’m so proud of my book club members and the students and parents of Hemlock High School. Their overwhelming spirit of giving will keep many children warm and cozy this winter.”
Students from Mrs. Woodcock’s first hour Art I class collected the most pajamas during the drive and earned themselves a “Whitford Waffle Breakfast.” #onehemlock
