Hemlock Public School District is proud to have Elisabeth Harris as a Technology Support Specialist. Elisabeth manages the district Chromebook devices, teacher tech support, and also does some graphic design for the district. Director, Alex Haltom, says “Elisabeth has been a hard worker from day one and her ability to learn new skills is very impressive. Her attention to detail and organization skills have allowed her to excel in her role.”
Elisabeth grew up in Merrill, MI, and went to Houghton College. Outside of work, she enjoys running, photography, and exploring nature. Elisabeth's favorite thing about working at Hemlock Public School District is the people and she says, “Everyone at HPSD works together really well, I love being a part of this team!” Fun facts about Elisabeth might include that she loves road trips and inspirational quotes make her cringe. One of Elisabeth’s most memorable trips was a three-week trip in NYC. She found the best coffee shop ever, went to many art museums and caught a Broadway musical.
