The ceremony will take place on Friday, September 15th, during half-time of the eagerly awaited football game. This prestigious event aims to honor exceptional individuals who have made significant contributions to the school and the community.
After careful consideration and thorough review of numerous qualified candidates, the selection committee has unanimously chosen John Mulvaney for induction into the Hemlock Public School District Hall of Fame. John, a distinguished member of the Class of 1968, has demonstrated exceptional achievements in all three categories: Athletics, Significant Contributor, and Distinguished Alumni.

John Mulvaney has been an exemplary member of the Hemlock community. Following his graduation, John proudly joined the Army, serving his country with honor. Upon returning to civilian life, he married his high school sweetheart, Diane, and together they became cherished members of the Huskie Pack. They celebrate 52 years of marriage on July 3rd, 2023.
Over the span of nearly four decades, John was a dedicated employee of General Motors, contributing his skills and expertise to the company. His commitment to Hemlock did not end with his graduation. In the 1980s, John worked tirelessly to secure funding for the district's athletic program, playing a pivotal role in its continuation and success.
John's unwavering dedication to Hemlock Public School District extended well beyond his early contributions. For nearly 50 years, he continued to serve the community, including a significant tenure on the school board. Through his selfless service and unwavering support, John has left an indelible mark on the school district, making him a truly deserving recipient of this prestigious honor.
