Hemlock Public School District is proud to announce that the class of 2023 graduates received over $1,000,000 in scholarships through various universities, colleges, trade schools, the Military, and local, state, and national organizations. The commencement ceremony was held on May 25, 2023, where 78 students graduated from the district.

Data shows that approximately 82 percent of the 2023 graduates plan to attend a 2 or 4-year college next year, 6 percent plan to attend vocational or technical school, and 12 percent intend to join the military or enter the workforce. This year, Hemlock High School is proud to have 2 students entering a branch of our armed services.

"We are proud of the accomplishments of our graduates and the opportunities they have received through Hemlock Public School District," said Superintendent Don Killingbeck. "Our district continues to provide excellent academics, co-curricular opportunities, and exceptional educators, which are just a few of the reasons families choose Hemlock."

Principal Keith Green added, "The class of 2023 has worked hard to achieve these scholarships and accomplishments, and we are excited to see what they will achieve in their future endeavors."
