The voter's of Hemlock Public School District approved the establishment of a 1 mill sinking fund for the duration of 10 years on March 10, 2020.

These dollars are dedicated to addressing infrastructure, instructional technology, and safety and security, which mostly occur due to aging life-cycle issues.

Now what? The district is currently gathering quotes, bids to address portions of our roofs, 1959 windows, instructional technology, service drive, and more but, it is important to know that most of our annual work may not start until 2021 as sink fund dollars will not come into the district until after winter taxes (December 2020).

As the district prioritizes projects and work is completed, check here for regular updates to see your tax dollars hard at work to support our students.
