She is an active member of the Hemlock Celebrations committee also know as Hemlock Sawdust Days and she leads and organizes the auction barn which generates funds for High School Senior Scholarships. Serving on the Board of Education is her way of supporting the parents, students, and staff of Hemlock Public School District.

We have a great supportive community when it comes to our kids. Our greatest challenge is having the financial support where it's needed. Knowing our community trust this board and its decisions really make Hemlock a great place to live and raise a family. Hemlock has been strong and ready to face the challenges of COVID-19 with face-to-face learning. I commend the parents, students, and our staff for doing an exceptional job. Huskie Pride at its best!
