NEW INFORMATION

During the first 14 minutes of your 4th hour class, teachers will be providing to students Google Form. Teachers will use Google Classroom to release this Google Form to students so they can answer 3 questions.  During the first 14 minutes of class that day I would like to honor the 14 shooting victims with 14 minutes of silence while students complete the Google Form survey in which they answer three questions:

  1. "What would you like our elected officials to do to help us improve school safety?"

  2. "What would you like the adults in our school to do to help us improve school safety?"  

  3. Which of the following have you done in the past week to WalkUp to your peers and make a positive impact on them?"

SPORTS/CLUBS-

Middle School Track & Field- a physical must be on file with the athletic office to receive a try-out ticket.  Mrs. Galbraith will be here during lunch time on Thursday, April 5 to hand out tickets.  You will need your ticket to give to your coach on the first day of practice.

GENERAL INFORMATION-

2018 Washington DC - There will be a MANDATORY Pre-trip Meeting April 5

    Chaperones- 5:30 in Room 2

    All Trip Participants: 6:30 in the MS Cafeteria

Head 2 Head- Mrs. Lockwood would like you to check your standings in google classroom daily.

8th grade boys- if you are interested in playing soccer in high school there is a sign up sheet in the office

Recycling Contest 5th-6th-Design an original Hemlock recycling mascot or logo to help show our community that Huskies are going green. 1st place $100.00 Toys R’ Us., 2nd place $50.00 Toys R’ Us. Deadline is April 20th.  Flyers are in the office.

Recycling Contest 7th-12th- this is open to Hemlock students in grades 7-12.  Make a video, write an essay or poem, or draw a poster.  Grand prize $250.00, 2nd place $50.00. Flyers with more information are in the office.

6th-8th grade Girls Softball-sign-up sheets are in the office.

High School Cheerleading- 8th graders interested in cheerleading next year there’s a sign-up sheet in the office.

Box Tops- Please clip any box tops from home and drop the them off in the office.
