Update

February 11, 2021

Our Huskie Pack continues to make solid progress as we work together to make our mission and vision to innovate, collaborate,  educate our community of learners become a reality. This week marks our 23rd week of school.

It is exciting to report that our winter sports competitive season started this past Monday, and our student-athletes are off to a great season, albeit abbreviated.

Another week and it continues to be exciting to report that we have not had any new school-related cases of COVID-19 or school-related quarantines since our return to school after the holiday break. However, we do have a couple of students/staff quarantining for non-school related COVID-19 issues.

We have examined our February and March calendar and, based on our staff's scheduled second dose of the COVID-19  vaccine and have adjusted the schedule as shown below. This provides everyone advance notice to plan accordingly as we are uncertain about the various reactions staff may experience,  we have made these days asynchronous.

The amount of support and positive energy from all stakeholders for our school system is outstanding. As I have been blessed with the opportunity to connect and talk with many of you more in-depth in the last couple of weeks, regardless of person or topic, I have found genuine care and support for our students and staff.

Over the last two weeks, we have gathered feedback regarding our 2021-2022 calendar and will be processing that in the coming weeks.
