Recently, new scoreboards were placed throughout Hemlock High School. This included activation of the new wireless controller systems. On hand, was Jason Snook, the representative for Daktronics to assist and train Hemlock’s awesome scorekeeper Mitchell Pitt. Daktronics was able to put together an amazing array of promotional items just for Mitchell.
“We are excited to unveil our new scoreboards and not only that but to share in the excitement with Mitchell, our official-scorekeeper,” said Athletic Director Yell. “He is an amazing person and we are proud to have him as a scorekeeper and as a Huskie for life.”
Hemlock High School Principal Keith Green shared, “We are pleased that Mitchell will be able to be the first person to utilize the scoreboards this year. To share in his excitement is a pretty good thing.”
Hemlock’s new scoreboards will be used for all sports this fall season. (Varsity Volleyball Home opener will be on September 4, 2019. Varsity Football Home opener will be on September 6, 2019.)
